Wow, this medical team really care about their patients! This was a great video about cs. As someone who has had a cs, this is a welcome change to hear about. Unfortunately with mine, it was an emergency, and my epidural never worked so I had to be knocked out. (probably better in the long run). But, my midwife was great in making sure I started breastfeeding as soon as I got into recovery. And my husband got our son while I was being stitched up and started skin to skin. If only more doctors here would realize that these times are our memories and not routine and should be treated as such. Thankfully my cs wasn't tramatic like so many other ones are, especially in non-emergency situations.
