Helps For Pregnancy Sciatic & Low Back Pain

  1. exercise is one of the best things for sciatic nerve pain. I had it really bad when I was preggers too. The more I got up and walked around the better. It was really hard to work through the pain but it helped alot. Heating pads also helped me quite a bit, but if heat isn't working for you, you might try an ice pack.
